A Word from Josh:
This has been an amazing Summer for us. Aside from being our busiest, we continue to play bigger and better festival shows and we're proud of all the new additions to the sound, lights and stage production aspects of our show. That said, the high point of our Summers over the past few years has typically been the last Saturday at the State Fair. During the past few weeks when we've been playing our asses off at a great many fine venues, in the back of our minds has always been anticipation of this night. I'm glad to say that the reality did not disappoint. As John told the crowd, we've had many awesome nights playing in the Bud Pavilion but this just may be the best of them all. I don't think I've ever seen so many people packed into the Pavilion and filled up out on the grass as I did during much of our first set tonight. It is a sight that most musicians dream of. And these people were really digging what we were doing. We dug them right back. The show went well (I didn't get soaked) and I think we may have gained a few new fans. Thanks again to Leanne and her crew for making this all happen and allowing us to live out our Rock Star dreams. -Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? : "" |
